Smoke St. is a Canadian born gourmet food concept founded by an entrepreneur & graduate of Hospitality management with 21 years if Experience in F&B, originally created in Canada before expanding to Dubai. The first flagship opened in DIFC in October 2022, followed by La Mer North Beach Jumeirah 1 and Al Ain Jebel Hafeet, with international growth marked by the 2025 opening in Bali – Canggu Shortcut.

Built on a commitment to premium quality and presentation, Smoke serves wagyu, Australian Black Angus, and New Zealand grass-fed beef burgers & Slow cooked Wagyu Briskets, authentic Canadian imported hotdogs, handcrafted poutine with its Beef gravy made over three nights, and fresh milkshakes & refreshing mojito’s. With its bold food trucks designed in the UAE, edgy urban spaces, and global lifestyle appeal, Smoke has quickly established itself as a recognizable gourmet food brand with strong growth potential.
